A small, but warm and welcoming, church in the heart of the village and is usually open for visitors every day.
How to find us:
Westhorpe Road, Wyverstone IP14 4SP
For details of this churches history and architecture, Suffolk Churches has an excellent amount of information.
There is room for a few cars on the verge outside, but car parking is rather limited.
Families are always welcome (but please note, there is no toilet at this church!).
An important service at Wyverstone is ‘Praise in the Community’ – this is on the first Sunday of each month, at 6:30pm (with refreshments after). The service is very informal, and suitable for all ages; if you are around at that time we would love to welcome you.
On the 3rd Sundays of each month (and all the Sundays of August), we join with other churches in the Benefice to worship together; click on the link for specific dates / venues.
On the Fourth Sunday there is a time of sharing fellowship and exploring some hymns and choruses that may be new to us. This starts at 6:30pm – and is called ‘New Songs in Worship’ (Click on the link if you would like to explore some of these)
In a month with 5 Sundays, there is usually have a 10am service of Holy Communion at Wyverstone.
